Our Story
MSG was founded by Moti Glustein a MDA ICU Medic who has spent many years working in hospitals around Israel building relationships with the best medical professionals throughout the country and gaining a unique knowledge of every facet of the Israeli healthcare system. Since the founding of MSG we have invested much time & effort in building on these connections and relationships so that we can continue giving our clients the best service available.
Over the past decade, we’ve seen far too many incidents in which a small medical issue ballooned into a major emergency due to lack of knowledge and familiarity with the Israeli healthcare system.
Yeshiva & seminary students, as young adults in a foreign country, are particularly likely to neglect their health due to the overwhelming feeling of confusion & frustration when dealing with an unfamiliar healthcare system.
We at MSG know our services are critical — and we’re the only ones who can provide them.
Today MSG comprises multiple departments and services among them; family health services, medical flight department, home healthcare department, medical consultation & advocacy department and our student health department.
The staff at MSG fill a unique niche; providing healthcare case management to any Anglo in Israel. Our hotline is answered 24/7 by English speaking medical professionals, who have years of experience working within the Israeli medical system. We set appointments, assist in filling out paperwork, accompany our members to doctors and procedures, keep overseas family & guardians updated and aid in insurance claims.
